Will I be asleep?
During a hypnotherapy session, you will be in a trance. Have you ever driven somewhere and when you arrived you can't remember some of the journey? It's a bit like that. You'll be able to hear what is being said to you but you might drift in and out - a bit like a daydream.
During an NLP session you will be fully awake.
Will I be in control during hypnosis?
Yes. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed state of focused attention. You remain aware and in control throughout.
Can you make me do something I don't want to do?
No. you are in complete control. Our methods reset back to healthy ways to resolve the issue you wish help for.
Can I overcome my fears?
Yes, we guide you through effective techniques, using a reset model taking you back to how things were before you had the fear.
Do I need to explain everything about my anxiety?
Not necessarily. We focus on how the pattern operates rather than analysing every detail of the past.
Will you make me think of vomit to stop me from overeating?
No! We reset back to how things were before. We DO NOT install any horrible thoughts or smells etc.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, our methods are safe and supportive.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies but most issues can be sorted in 1-3 sessions. A block of Life Coaching is 10-12 sessions and can be offered weekly or intensively over eg 2 days or 5 evenings.
How long are sessions?
Sessions vary and last up to an hour.
How quickly can hypnotherapy help anxiety?
Many clients notice shifts quite quickly, sometimes even after the first session.
